We build the tools we kept rebuilding
Lacnova is made by Lacspace. Every tool here started as something we wrote for ourselves on a client project, because doing it by hand had stopped being funny.
- Built by people who had the problem first.
- Published because keeping them internal helped nobody.
- Priced so trying one costs nothing.
How we got here
Three moments, five years apart, that turned a folder of internal scripts into a platform.
- 2021
Lacspace starts building
Custom software for clients across industries — logistics, education, healthcare. The same small problems keep appearing in every project.
- 2024
The internal tools pile up
A route simulator here, a data helper there. Useful, scattered, each with its own login and nothing shared between them.
- 2026
Lacnova opens
One platform, one account, one API. RouteLab ships first; the rest of the shelf follows.
What we will not compromise on
Four rules that settle most arguments before they start.
One job, done properly
A tool that does one thing well beats a suite that half-does nine. If a feature does not serve the job, it does not ship.
No surprises
Clear pricing, readable errors, an export button that works. The unpleasant parts of software are usually the avoidable ones.
Useful in ten minutes
If the first useful result needs a kickoff call, we have designed it wrong.
Show the work
Usage you can audit, records you can export, an API that does everything the interface does.
We ship it when it is ready
Not when the quarter ends. A half-finished tool costs more than no tool, because someone builds a process on top of it and then has to unbuild it.
- Validated at every boundary, so bad input fails loudly and early.
- Typed end to end — the compiler catches what a reviewer would miss.
- Every response predictable enough to write code against without guessing.
What we do not do
Just as defining as the feature list, and much shorter.
Sell your data
Not to advertisers, not to brokers, not ever. It is not part of the business model.
Hide the exit
Cancelling is a button. Exporting is a button. Neither requires a conversation.
Gate the trial
No demo call before you can try it. The free tier is the demo.
Surprise invoices
Prices change with 30 days notice, or they do not change.
Built across Asia. Available everywhere.
Lacspace is an Asia-based software company serving customers worldwide. The platform is software, not a regional service — there is no country you have to be in for it to work.

Small enough that you reach the person who built it
There is no tier-one queue to escalate out of. Ask a technical question and it goes to someone who can answer it properly.
A human answers
No chatbot standing between you and an answer. Written questions get written answers, usually the same working day.
- Support does not depend on which plan you are on.
- Bug reports go to the people who can fix them.
- Accessibility problems are treated as bugs, not requests.
The shelf is deliberately unfinished
What we build next comes from what people ask for most. If the tool you need is missing, that is a roadmap item waiting for someone to describe it.
Want to know where it goes next?
We are happy to talk about the roadmap, and happier to hear which tool you would want first.
