Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you (or the organisation you represent) and Lacspace, the company that operates Lacnova at lacnova.com.

By creating an account or using any tool on the platform, you accept these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to do so.

You need an account to use most tools. You are responsible for what happens under it.

• Give accurate details, and keep your email address current.
• Keep your password and API credentials secret; treat them like keys to your office.
• Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access.
• One account per person. Sharing a login between people makes our usage records meaningless and yours unauditable.

You may use the tools for any lawful purpose, including inside commercial products you build.

You may not use them to break the law, to deceive people in ways that cause harm, to attack systems you do not own, or to evade controls that a service you use has put in place. Our Acceptable Use Policy sets this out in detail and forms part of these terms.

Every tool has a free tier. Paid plans are per tool, charged in advance for the period you select, and renew automatically until you cancel.

You can cancel any plan from the dashboard at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not retroactively refund the current period unless our Refund & Cancellation Policy says otherwise.

We may change prices. If we do, we will tell you at least 30 days before it affects you, and you may cancel instead.

Anything you upload, create or configure remains yours. We do not claim ownership of it.

You grant us only the permission we need to run the service for you — to store your data, process it to produce the result you asked for, and back it up.

You can export your data at any time, and delete it by deleting your account.

The platform, the tools, our name, logo and brand assets belong to Lacspace. Using the service does not transfer any of that to you.

You may reference our name and marks factually — to say you use us, for example — without implying we endorse you.

We aim to keep the service available and to give notice before planned maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted service on free tiers.

We may add, change or retire tools. If we retire a tool you are paying for, we will give you reasonable notice, a way to export your data, and a pro-rata refund for the unused period.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, puts other users at risk, or is used unlawfully. Where it is safe and lawful to do so, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.

You may close your account at any time, for any reason, without explaining yourself.

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or data loss you could have prevented by exporting your data.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

We will post any material change here with a new date, and notify account holders by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
